Davis Polk has announced that Norberto E. Quintana has been elected Counsel to the firm.

Mr. Quintana is counsel in the firm’s Corporate Department, practicing in the Credit Group and the Latin America and Spain Practice Group. He has had a broad range of experience working on leveraged, project, structured and cross-border financings in the bank loan markets. Mr. Quintana also regularly advises clients on secondary loan trading matters.
