Davis Polk advised Zuoan Fashion Limited (Zuoan) on its SEC-registered initial public offering of 6,000,000 American Depositary Shares, representing 24,000,000 ordinary shares. Priced at US$7.00 per ADS, the total proceeds of the offering is US$42 million. Cowen and Company, LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Samsung Securities (Asia) Limited and Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC were the underwriters of the offering. Cowen and Company, LLC was the representative of the underwriters of the offering.

Zuoan is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ZA.” Zuoan is a leading design-driven fashion casual menswear company in China offering a wide range of products, including men’s casual apparel, footwear and lifestyle accessories.
