Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised Warner Chilcott plc in connection with Warner Chilcott's cash tender offer for all of its outstanding 8.75% senior subordinated notes due 2015. Davis Polk also advised Warner Chilcott on the amendment of its existing credit agreement to create a new tranche of term loans that were used to fund the tender offer.

Warner Chilcott is a leading specialty pharmaceutical company currently focused on the gastroenterology, women’s healthcare, dermatology and urology segments of the U.S. and Western European pharmaceuticals markets.
