Davis Polk is advising Sodexo in connection with exclusive negotiations with Accor concerning the acquisition of Lenôtre, a Paris-based well-known high-end pastry and chocolate maker and caterer, by Sodexo. The transaction will be filed with the competent antitrust authorities and is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2011.
