Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is advising Roper Industries, Inc. on its $525 million all-cash acquisition of iTradeNetwork, Inc. from Accel-KKR. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by the end of the week.

Roper Industries is a diversified growth company that designs, manufactures and distributes energy systems and controls, scientific and industrial imaging products and software, industrial technology products and radio frequency products and services. iTradeNetwork provides subscription-based hosted software solutions to the food industry that facilitate transactions between retail grocers, restaurant chain operators, foodservice distributors and their respective customers. Accel-KKR is a technology-focused private equity investment firm.
