Davis Polk is advising PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP on its acquisition of the PRTM management consulting firm. Upon completion of the acquisition, PRTM will join the PwC global Advisory practice. The transaction, which is expected to close later in the summer, is subject to customary closing conditions. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
