Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is advising PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP on its $378 million acquisition of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Inc. The transaction, which has been unanimously approved by both companies' boards, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2010, subject to customary closing conditions, including the approval of Diamond's stockholders and antitrust clearance.
