Davis Polk is advising PepsiCo, Inc. in connection with its acquisition of all outstanding ordinary shares and American Depositary Shares of Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods OJSC. PepsiCo completed its acquisition of a 66% stake in Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods on February 3, 2011, increasing PepsiCo's total ownership of Wimm-Bill-Dann's ordinary shares to approximately 77%.

PepsiCo offers the world's largest portfolio of billion-dollar food and beverage brands, including 19 different product lines that each generates more than $1 billion in annual retail sales. Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods is Russia's leading branded food and beverage company.
