Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is advising Oracle Corporation on its acquisition of GoldenGate Software, a leading provider of real-time data integration solutions. Oracle is the world’s largest enterprise software company. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close during the third quarter of 2009.
