Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is advising Novo Nordisk A/S in connection with the acquisition of ZymoGenetics Inc. by Bristol-Meyers Squibb Company for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $885 million. As part of the transaction, Novo Nordisk has entered into agreements with Bristol-Meyers Squibb to support the transaction and to tender its holdings of approximately 26% of the share capital of ZymoGenetics.
