Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised MediaMind Technologies Inc. on its SEC-registered initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of common stock for a price to the public of approximately $58 million. The underwriters also have an option to purchase an additional 750,000 shares from MediaMind pursuant to an over-allotment option. The shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “MDMD.” J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. were the joint book-running managers of the offering.
