Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised Ingram Micro Inc. on its SEC-registered debt offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of notes due 2017. The offering was made through an underwriting syndicate led by Banc of America Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated.

Ingram Micro Inc. is the largest global information technology (IT) wholesale distributor by net sales as of the end of 2009, providing sales, marketing and logistics services for the IT industry worldwide. Proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
