Davis Polk advised Digicel Group Limited in connection with its acquisition of Voilà from its parent Trilogy International Partners, LLC. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Digicel is a leading provider of wireless communications services in the Caribbean region, operating in 24 local markets. Voilà is one of Haiti’s leading wireless telecommunications providers, serving over a million customers. Trilogy International Partners is a Bellevue, Washington-based investor in wireless telecommunications operations in international markets that exhibit strong opportunities for significant growth.
