Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised Comcast Corporation on its minority investment in Houston Regional Sports Network, L.P. and its general partner. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Houston Regional Sports Network, L.P. will launch a new cable programming network, Comcast SportsNet Houston, that will distribute the games of the Houston Rockets beginning in 2012 and the Houston Astros beginning in 2013.
