Ariba is a U.S. provider of collaborative business commerce solutions, whose Ariba Commerce Cloud allows businesses to buy, sell and manage cash more efficiently and effectively in a cloud-based environment. B-process is a French electronic invoicing service provider, which offers tax-compliant e-invoicing and financial supply chain services in 24 countries.
