Turnarounds & Workouts (T&W) has named Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP partner Damian Schaible among its 2010 “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers.” Schaible was recognized for his role representing Delta Air Lines and Frontier Airlines in their Chapter 11 restructurings, as well as for his frequent representations of agent banks in borrower restructurings. T&W also noted Schaible's key role in a number of recent high-profile restructurings, including those of the Tribune Company, the Media News Group and C-BASS.
