Davis Polk advised Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC as dealer managers in connection with Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc.’s cash tender offer under which Carrizo purchased $300 million aggregate principal amount outstanding of its 4.375% convertible senior notes due 2028.

Based in Houston, Texas, Carrizo is an energy company actively engaged in the exploration, development, exploitation and production of oil and natural gas primarily in the United States.
