Davis Polk advised Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC as the sole underwriter in connection with an SEC-registered offering of 3,975,000 shares of common stock of Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc., which included 475,000 shares from the full exercise of the underwriter’s over-allotment option. The net proceeds from the offering were approximately $115 million.

Carrizo Oil & Gas is an independent energy company which, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the exploration, development, production and transportation of natural gas and oil, principally in the United States.
