Blackstone / GSO Long-Short Credit Income Fund Initial Public Offering

Davis Polk advised Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and UBS Securities LLC as representatives of the several underwriters on the $250 million SEC-registered initial public offering of 12,500,000 shares of common stock of Blackstone / GSO Long-Short Credit Income Fund. The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “BGX.”

Blackstone / GSO Long-Short Credit Income Fund is a newly organized, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company advised by GSO / Blackstone Debt Funds Management LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of GSO Capital Partners LP.
